Mentor Training

ARPC's mentor training programme offers you:

Professional training and support for individuals and organisations wishing to develop or enhance their skills in working with and
supporting young people who are at risk of social exclusion through anti-social and/or criminal (re)offending behaviour.

The value of our services to your organisation includes but is not limited to:

Full training, support, advice and supply of materials needed for the development of your fully functional mentoring / youth support project. 

Enabling you to recruit, train, support and maintain volunteer mentors, delivering good quality and innovative support to
young people and their families. 
         
Equipping you with the skills to ensure the delivery of high quality and accessible services that support young people within a YOT (youth offending team), early intervention, or mentoring service setting.

ARPC’s volunteer mentor training packages will enable you to achieve the following:
