I first met Anthony as a fellow colleague and gradually realised that he was indeed a special person.  However, although I happily admired his work and what he was trying to achieve, when he challenged my own personal thought process, I was not ready to make the changes I talked about so much.  There came a time however, when I realised that changes needed to be made, not just for myself but for the women in my local church assembly and I instantly thought of Anthony.  I set about arranging a seminar where Anthony would be our main speaker.

Anthony came to our assembly and spoke to the women on achieving more out of life and how to change our perceptions in order to make that happen.  It was the first time I had heard him speak and I was mortified that I had not made use of this talented man earlier!  I was so moved by what he said that I vowed not to waste anymore time, but to continue what I had begun.  I am now working on an individual basis with Anthony and I can say without hesitation it is one of the best decisions I have made in my life.  I thoroughly recommend ARPC Titanium Training to anyone who wishes to realise their hidden potential and live the life of their dreams.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the recent D.I.S.C Master Class and took a lot form it both in terms of content and 'new' discoveries on personality types. Having said that, according to D.I.S.C principles I'm a High I so naturally biased towards engaging participatory workshops that channel good debate and different ways of seeing. I set myself a goal to work on the 'C' in me - that's my challenge and so far it seems to be working both at work and in my personal life.

As a (extremely) High I, I've been telling my colleagues just how good (and fun) the day is... trouble is, as they know I'm a High I, they're not sure whether to believe me or not!!! (They must be High C's, but they appreciate me because they also have a High S profile)

As a valuable tool for understanding and working with others, this workshop is well worth attending - but even better if you also participate, not just sit there and listen - not that Anthony is likely to allow you just to sit (being a High D)...
So, I guess I've understood the general idea of DISC...

Since receiving one to one coaching sessions from APRC, I have recognised my full potential and am now making giant steps forward in all areas of my life.  My future is definitely a brighter place for it.

The goal workshop revealed that to get ahead in life, you first need to know where you want to go and then you have to start making steps to reach it, even if it means that you have to step into the unknown.

I did this at the workshop and I won a single coaching session. Proof if pays to get up and go.

My mind was under a cloud until I attended one of your workshops. Now as they say the mist is being cleared increasing my confidence in the process.

With the aid of your tips I will build and go forward..  procrastination is something I'm guilty of but I have made progress in this area (hence I came to the workshop) but theres room for improvement.

I agree with your comments and goal setting is key for me as I increase my confidence and awareness.

Anthony Charles is a name that brings a positive glow to your face. He is so full energy and excitement for life, always ready with powerful words of inspiration and motivation.

I have worked with Anthony over the past 5 years, first as a mentor, and then as a volunteer role model for the EEA, seeing him give empowering talks to many young children over the past 3 years. His unique style is relaxed and fun, yet influential. His sessions have you so fired up that you want to leap off your seat and start planning and fulfilling your goals and dreams.

I feel truly blessed to have met such a positive force at this stage in my life and I know the impact of Anthony’s work will still be felt in years to come. It’s both a pleasure and honour to know him.

The East Enders Academy (EEA), is a voluntary community based project based in Hackney. Positive professional role models are used to inspire and empower young people into realising their true potential, whilst introducing them to a variety of possible future professions.  The project is aimed at young people from inner-city areas with a variety of social problems and dispossession. The young people are aged between 10-16 years of age. 80% of the young people are from ethnic minority groups.

I’ve known Anthony for a number of years and through a number of different capacities.  As a mentor coordinator Anthony was my key source of support and guided me through some of the challenges that I faced with my young person.  I found that he was widely available and that he encouraged me to think about the situation and the young person’s best interest in order to arrive at the best course of action.

As one of the facilitators on the mentoring training program Anthony shared with us his own experiences of mentoring which gave me a real insight into the role and it always helped me understand that he knew where I was coming from.

As a friend Anthony has given me the focus to make things happen.  He has voiced the importance of planning and showed me the magic of thinking big!

I have known Anthony since October 2003. At that time, he was the Mentor Coordinator for Dalston Youth Project (DYP) in Hackney, East London.

Anthony is an extremely intelligent and industrious individual. He is popular amongst mentors and mentees alike. He has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. In his capacity as Mentor Coordinator, he was responsible for delivering training and supervision sessions, both of which require a lot of organising and planning.

He is exceptionally good at communicating with others. He has inspired many disaffected young people to gain self-sufficiency and has encouraged them to take control of their lives. He has also provided practical support and assisted the management in the daily running of DYP.

He has the utmost integrity and I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.

Dear Anthony,

Words can not describe the value of the guidance your program offers.  The program has given me the confidence and the focus to stand behind my decisions in pursuing my dreams.  Your professional commitment in helping me put my thoughts to paper, while creating guidelines to discard unnecessary clutter and focus on what is important has led me to a new level of success.  I have progressed so much in just a few months that I'm excited about life and my future.

Thanks

Dear Anthony,
Thank you for coming to Whitmore School to speak to both year 6 classes about achieving our goals. You helped us believe we can do what ever we want to do if we try.  You also showed us if one human being has done something, another human can do it and even if another human has not done something before, there is still hope if you try…  You showed that if we achieve one thing we can always achieve another thing that we want… Thank you for teaching us to be more independent and how we must achieve our goals.

I was a little apprehensive at first, as I didn’t know what to expect, but it was an excellent and well thought out session.  He was very open about his life, children love that.  It was packed with information without creating boredom for the children.  Anthony was great and gave the children some inspiring words and encouragement.  I liked his stories and even used one in assembly.

Mr Charles has visited the college and given a fascinating and well planned talk to the GNVQ Intermediate students from the School of IT. The theme was based around possibilities and planning for the future. He began with the story of his own journey and how he came to be in the position he is today.  He then related this to the student's own experiences.  The students were engaged and responded very positively to this presentation.  The talk proved to be inspirational and motivational to all concerned.

Mr Charles is a speaker of great intent and relevance and is highly recommended by ourselves.
